Merlins Beard! Harry FINALLY Returns!

Went to see Harry Potter last night (laugh all you like) and it was fan-bloody-tastic. Definitely the best in the (complete) septology yet... Plenty o'laughs this time around, but enough darkness (and sadness, boo hoo) to warrant the 12a rating. Review is up and it's only 9am!!

On A Roll

I've only gone and written another one! Bloody typical that now my free trial with LoveFilm has run out I'm actually watching the films I've been renting! Last night's offering... W. from Oliver Stone. A fascinating viewing.

What are you waiting for? Go read...

Two At A Time

After my earlier musings on Changeling, I was inspired to write some more... Check out my review HERE of the wonderful French film Dans Paris. A real gem of a film, I got on a lend from a friend... a suprise winner :)

Challenging Times

I have been sooo bad at keeping up-to-date with my reviews... being spat out of the world of studying (for a bit) and back in to the world of retail has seen my stock plummet - in terms of reviews, I mean. I either have no time to write/watch anything, or just kind find the energy to do so when I have. Miraculously, found some from somewhere today and have written my first review in months... it only took me 5 hours... enjoy!

Day At The Cinema

Sunday 17th May, 10am, was my second experience at a Leicester Square venue. This time it was held at the rather spectacular (and somewhat ginormous) Empire cinema, and for once I was (a) allowed a plus one (well, three actually...) and (b) someone actually came with me. Hurrah!

So this time's viewing, what was it? I hear you ask (well, you might have guessed from the large picture above, but anyway)... Night At The Museum 2. (or Battle of the Smithsonian, as it's known Stateside).

Sammi and myself (plus the hundreds, and I mean hundreds, of kids that were there) thought it was actually quite good. It's out tomorrow, so if you're looking for something suitably silly to watch, I think I might just have a suggestion....

Read HERE for the review.

Thanking you, Tuffy :)
